Summer Renovation Project

Dear Parents,

We’ve been at our location for 23 years and its finally time to renovate! We’d like to make the dressing rooms, bathroom and lobby area more inviting and welcoming. We want the best for our students, and a summer renovation project is in order. Therefore, we’ve initiated the Summer Renovation Project to raise the funds needed to purchase supplies and hire the labor. We’d like to have the renovations complete by the end of the summer!

This fundraising effort is two – fold.

1.    To fund the cost of the renovation through our parent-based resources.
2.    To find a donor who is willing to match what the school will raise so the renovations will be
fully-funded.

Here are the details of the renovations we need: Dressing Room ~ sand and treat the floor, new wall paint and lockers. Bathroom – new sinks and mirror, new wall paint, new lighting, refinish stall doors, and a new floor. Lobby ~ new floor, draperies, lighting, seating.

Cost: $10,000 – includes all supplies and labor.

This design project will ensure a safer and friendlier environment for all!

If you’d like to make a contribution to the fund, you can include it on your recital ticket order form. If you know of a company or individual that might be interested in matching parent donations, or would be willing to provide pro-bono services, please let me know.

2 RESERVED SEATS to the 14th Annual Recital at The Miller Theatre
•    Donation of $501 – $1000
4 RESERVED seats to the 14th Annual Recital at The Miller Theatre
•    Donation of $1001 +
6 RESERVED seats at the 14th Annual School Recital
