Diana Byer Fellowship
In 2006 New York Theatre Ballet established a special fellowship to benefit company members each year, through contributions that cover their salaries.
Each year, in honor of Diana’s birthday, funds are raised for the fellowships.
As founder, president and director of New York Theatre Ballet and Ballet School NY, Diana has influenced and inspired the lives and careers of hundreds of students and dancers.
The Byer Fellowship celebrates her contributions, dedication, high sense of artistry and other remarkable contributions to NYTB, its affiliated school and the world of dance.
MAKE A DONATION TO THE FELLOWSHIP
On October 5, 2011, NYTB celebrated Diana’s 65th birthday with a fun party at The Sky Room at FIAF in NYC. The benefit raised over $10,000 for the Byer Fellowship.
